Larry Millan

Larry Millan has an extensive background in business, having been involved in his family’s real estate business and the co-owner of a financing company. He served for many years as the Executive Director of ECLOF Philippines before leading ECLOF International’s Operations Department. Prior to joining ECLOF Philippines, he taught philosophy and history to university students. Larry holds degrees in History and Political Science as well as Law from Manila University. He speaks Filipino and English.
