Governance

ECLOF International is governed by a Board of Directors which includes individuals with a mix of both financial and development expertise who provide their services on a voluntary basis. The Board also benefits from the presence of a member nominated from the World Council of Churches. The members of the EI Board meet on average four times a year, and they are responsible for the overall oversight and strategic direction of EI and the network.

The network of 12 ECLOF member institutions across the globe is overseen by a team of three staff based in Geneva, who are supported by two regionally based consultants and a finance consultant.
