18,000 microfinance clients from 72 microfinance institutions in 41 countries were interviewed as part of the 60 Decibels Microfinance Index 2022. Clients were asked about the impact the MFI’s service has had on five dimensions: Access, Business Impact, Household Impact, Client Protection, and Resilience. Results were then benchmarked and most impactful providers highlighted.
