September 1, 2023 – ECLOF Philippines affirms its commitment to abide by the highest standards of client protection by signing the Cerise + SPTF Client Protection Pathway (CPP). ECLOF is the fourth institution in the Philippines to have publicly committed.
The CPP guides providers in implementing the 8 Client Protection Standards, which ensure that financial services are delivered to clients in a safe, responsible, and fair manner.
ECLOF encourages all FSPs to join this initiative. Only through collective action can we make a difference and ensure the well-being of all our customers and the stability and vitality of the industry.
